Volume 7 Launch Event

On May 15th, the HRJ held its launch event for Volume 7 of the Journal. The event was held at The Middle Floor in Wharf Chambers, and catered for by Food Revival. In addition to lovely food and a relaxed atmosphere, two speakers from PAFRAS (Positive Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers) joined us to talk about the 'hostile environment' and the treatment of asylum seekers in the UK. The event was a significant success, as we raised £121.50 for PAFRAS and £135 to go towards producing next year's Journal.
